Becoming the Best YOU that you can be is our individual main task. If we don’t first take care of ourselves, heal what needs healed, realize how great we actually are, we inadvertently expose others to our toxicity; leaving a mess of brokenness behind. In order to create beauty around us, we must cultivate it inside and then protect and expand it.
Each of my written pieces will be about supporting you to become YOUR BEST YOU!!
They will cover nutrition, connection to Creator, living like Yeshua, science, art expression, parenting, book recommendations, etc. Honestly, they will be about whatever my Soul tells me to write.
My life has been full of learning (I sure love to learn!) and caring for others (which I also love). I spent years making food at gas stations, working as a nurse aid and home health companion with dementia patients, I worked in Head Start, Early Head Start, elementary schools and early childhood centers. My education, other than CNA certification, include a Child Development Associates in Infant and Toddler and numerous online certifications do do with health, Montessori Methods, Art Therapy, gardening, yada, yada. I LOVE TO LEARN, I am always in the process of getting something else into my noggin.
Life right now? I paint and I do art with kiddos any place I can. I spend time supporting their mamas and aunties. My heart is to protect children and support their grown ups. You know Yeshua said to “take care of widows and orphans, this is to be your religion”, I take that literally.
Take Care of Yourself!! How much more can you do as a parent, friend or neighbor, if you are not your best? We cannot survive as a species if we don’t take care of one another AND that starts with OURSELVES. I urge you to make yourself your top priority for once and for all. The best servants, are at first the Best version of Themselves.
Just in case you are wondering, I will be transparent. I do not fit into the Christian category, nor the Messianic Jewish one; I have lived as both. As a child I asked Creator what was truth when a verse in the OT contradicted a verse in the NT. I still constantly ask to be shown the truth in things, no matter what the truth is. The more I ask that, the more I seek Truth, the more I don’t fit into a religion or spiritual circles. My beliefs are mine, they are a cumulation of my live experiences, what I have read or heard that resonated with me. You should ASK, SEEK and KNOCK about everything. Do your own research, seek what Creator has for YOU, use your intuition and discernment and make your own decisions. I am not asking you to believe what I believe, do not ask me to believe what you believe. These letters from my Soul are merely meant as support, thought provocation, and Love. You can agree or not. Move on if you don’t. I am not forcing you to read what these fingers type.
